Terms of Service

* I have the right to refuse any request made.
*I only take USD. I will not accept any other currency.
*I require full payment upfront before starting. No exceptions.
*I only accept payments through Cashapp, Venmo, and Paypal.
*My work may NOT be used with AI.
*I will be sending WIPS throughout your commission process. This is to ensure full customer satisfaction.
*You are welcome to ask for revisions to a piece, but if the changes become excessive or require me to change the piece significantly, you will be charged an additional $10.
*Refunds are allowed, but if I have started your piece I cannot refund you the whole amount. Depending on what has been completed will determine the amount you will receive back.
Sketch finished: 75% refund
Lineart finished: 50% refund
Coloring finished: 25% refund
Rendering/Shading finished: 0% refund.
*If I have taken a full year to finish a piece, you are allowed receive a full refund even if I have started your commission.
*I have the right to use your commission as an example for my commission page.
*I have the right to post the finished piece onto my social media unless asked otherwise by the customer.
*Customer may post the finished piece onto any social media as long as I am credited. If I am not credited, I have the right to refuse service in the future.
*You are not permitted to sell or make merchandise of the finished piece unless discussed and agreed upon prior. Failure to do so will result in a permanent ban from my services.
*If I design a character for you, you gain full rights of the character/design. You may do whatever you like with the design, including using it in merchandise and/or reselling it.
*If the customer has broken any rules or treats me with hostility before I have finished their commission, I have every right to cancel their commission and refund what I have not finished.
*Going through with a commission with me assumes you have fully read and agree with my Terms of Service.
